CareerZen provides career coaching, job search strategy, and career transition support through 1:1 sessions with Lauren Albert and AI-powered tools.

CareerZen is not therapy, mental health counseling, or professional legal or financial advice. If you need support beyond career coaching, we encourage you to seek qualified professionals for those needs.

We do not guarantee employment, specific salaries, job titles, or any particular career outcome. Our role is to help you develop strategy, skills, and clarity — the results depend on your effort and circumstances outside our control.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. Accounts created with false information may be terminated.

Certain features use AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate career insights, coaching scripts, and progress summaries. These features consume credits from your account balance.

AI-generated content is provided for informational and coaching purposes only. It does not constitute professional career advice and should be used in conjunction with, not as a substitute for, human coaching judgment.

Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Purchased credit packs are non-refundable.

Coaching membership fees are described in the program you enroll in. By enrolling, you agree to the pricing and payment schedule set out in your coaching contract.

Payment is processed via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method according to your selected plan.

Refunds: Refund eligibility is governed by the terms of your individual coaching contract. Please review your contract or contact Lauren directly to discuss your situation.

We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Abuse AI features to generate content for commercial resale
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content

Lauren treats all information you share in coaching sessions and through the platform as confidential. She will not share identifiable client information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy regarding necessary service providers.

You agree to keep confidential any proprietary frameworks, methods, or materials Lauren shares with you through the coaching relationship.

The CareerZen platform, including its code, design, and proprietary frameworks, is owned by Lauren Albert. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

The data you enter (your career history, goals, session notes, etc.) belongs to you. You can export or delete it at any time.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon termination, your access to the platform ends. Personal data is deleted per our Privacy Policy, with the exceptions noted for legal and professional record-keeping.

CareerZen is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to CareerZen in the three months preceding the claim.
